Nokia partners with Stanford University

Nokia has established a research facility in Palo Alto and the company is also entering into a three-year collaborative effort with Stanford University.
"Stanford is located just two miles from the research facility and they would be participating in joint research by offering new project-oriented courses on mobile computing and services.
They would also be using their own campus as an experimental testing ground for the new technologies developed by the two groups."
